I can't imagine having another realtor in Santa Barbara and highly recommend her. She has an excellent eye for seeing undervalued units and knowing how they can be improved. She has terrific contacts with reasonably priced contractors who do great work too. She isn't just a normal realtor, she does detailed research in titles and deeds when appropriate and knows the permit system better than anyone. Plus in listing a home for sale or rent, she is creative in bringing in quick results. She listens to her clients and therefore is able to deliver what is best for them.

As sellers she helped us immensely from start, to moving and taking leave of the property.
